| Dear Bob: Seven years ago i bought a solo scooter from for $3000. I am now housebound and have no use for it. It is a great runner has battery charger and all, and is 3 wheeled. Looking to sell it for $250. It's just taking up space here and we're in a mobile home with not a lot of extra space. Do you know anyone who might be interested? Take care Bob, Etta,Dusty & Katie we love you. Judy. Please pass this message along to anyone who may want a bargain on a mobility scooter. Have them E-mail me at ucblogue@verizon.net and I will pass the phone number or E-mail address along to Judy who wrote this request. --Bob Logue | ||||||||||||||||||

Well also have a step-on guide give a 45-60 minute tour of the park. Day 3: This morning we travel to the beautiful Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. Admission is included and youll have approximately 2 hours to explore as you like. You can take a walk across the Royal Gorge Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in the world. Experience the Aerial Tram which glides more than 1,100 feet above the canyon floor and is the worlds longest single-span Aerial Tram. Or, take the Incline Railway, which is the worlds steepest and still considered one of the most difficult structures ever built, descending over 1,500 feet to the canyon floor. Well gather and then travel to La Veta to board the Rio Grande Scenic Railroad. Enjoy the luxury ride over La Veta Pass through the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range in historic dome car accommodations. Appreciate the breathtaking beauty of 14,000 feet high peaks, aspen and pine trees and native wildlife which occasionally includes a glimpse of a mountain lion. We arrive in Alamosa for the evening. Day 4: After an included continental breakfast this morning well travel to Antonito to board the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad. Hidden away in a little-known corner of the southern Rocky Mountains is a precious historic artifact of the American West that time forgot. Built in 1880 and little changed since, the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad is the finest and most spectacular example of the steam era of mountain railroading in North America. Our rail journey will take us on a 64 mile ride (approximately 7 hours, including a stop midway in Osier for a buffet lunch). We meet our coach in Chama NM and continue on to Durango CO for the next two evenings. (see reverse side for more info.) Day 5: Durango was founded by the Denver & Rio Grande Railway in 1879. The railroad arrived in Durango on August 5, 1881 and construction on the line to Silverton began in the fall of the same year. By July of 1882 (amazingly, only 9 months after construction began) the tracks to Silverton were completed and the train began hauling both freight and passengers. Today the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad has been voted one of the Top Ten Most Exciting Train Journeys in the World by the Society of American Travel Writers. Our route winds through spectacular and breathtaking canyons in the remote wilderness of the San Juan National Forest. The locomotives used today remain 100% coal-fired, steam-operated and are maintained in their original condition. Day 6: This morning well travel to Grand Junction and upon arrival enjoy some free time in town for shopping and lunch, on your own. Well meet our guide this afternoon for a sightseeing tour of the Colorado National Monument, one of the most picturesque landscapes of the West. Steep-walled canyons, towering monoliths, colorful formations, desert bighorn sheep, soaring eagles and a spectacular road reflect the environment and history of the plateau-and-canyon country. This evening enjoy dinner along the roadway at a spectacular overlook within the National Monument catered just for you our tour members. Admire the beautiful sunset and then return to our hotel for the evening. (D) Day 7: Following the hotels continental breakfast this morning we depart for a scenic drive to Denver with a stop at the Coors Brewery for a tour (subject to availability).
